In order to provide our customers with a safer and more secure rental service,
we will implement "identity verification" when renting starting from May 2026.

Please present one of the following forms of identification when visiting our store.

・Driver's License
・Individual Number Card (My Number Card)
・Passport
・Residence Card
・Student ID, etc.

【If the information on your ID matches your reservation details】
→ Verification is completed by confirmation only.

【If the information on your ID is different】
→ We will take a copy of your ID.

【If you do not have an ID with you】
→ We will hold a cash deposit of 10,000 yen.
(This will be refunded upon return of the rental items)

*Please note that we may refuse rental if we cannot collect the deposit.
