BiFU Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of personal information, ensures its protection, and has established the following cancellation policy in order to gain the trust of our customers. We will comply with this policy.
① About Guarantees
Rental fees do not include stain removal fees or damage costs.
We offer a kimono insurance (additional fee), but if that is not applicable, we may charge cleaning fees.
Thank you for your understanding. Depending on the condition, we may also purchase the kimono from you, so please be aware of that as well.
② About Cancellations
Cancellation fees will occur from 14 days before the reservation date
(for Shichi-Go-San and Coming of Age ceremonies, from one month prior)
1 month to 15 days before 10% of the rental fee
14 days to 8 days before 30% of the rental fee
7 days to 3 days before 50% of the rental fee
2 days to the day of 100% of the rental fee
* Applies to customers who bring in their own items or choose on the day.
* We only accept changes to your reservation in case of public transport is halted due to weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, or due to factors like earthquakes.
③ About Lost Items
We will keep your lost items for 2 weeks at BiFU, but please understand that if the period exceeds, we will dispose of them.

Bifuu Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of personal information, and strives to protect it thoroughly to gain the trust of our customers. We have established the following cancellation policy and will adhere to it.
① About Guarantees
Our rental fee does not include stain removal fees or damage fees. We offer a Kimono Insurance (for an additional fee), but if that is not applicable, we may charge a cleaning fee. Thank you for your understanding. Additionally, depending on the condition, we may also purchase the kimono back from you, so please keep that in mind.
② About Cancellations
Cancellation fees will be incurred from 14 days before the reserved date
(for Shichi-Go-San and Coming-of-Age ceremonies, it is from one month prior)

② We accept reservations for contracts via telephone, mail, facsimile, and other means of communication.
In this case, you must submit the application form and make the payment for the deposit within three days from the day following our acceptance of the reservation by telephone.
③ The travel contract shall be established between us and the customer at the time we accept the conclusion of the contract and receive the deposit.
3. Payment of the travel fee
The travel fee must be paid 14 days prior to the day before the travel start date. If the application is made within 10 days, the full amount of the deposit must be paid.
4. Items included in the travel fee
The fare and fees for transportation as specified in the travel itinerary (unless otherwise noted, economy class), accommodation fees, meal costs, and various taxes such as consumption tax will be included. (Costs for transportation not included in the course and personal expenses are not included.)
5. Cancellation fee
If you cancel the travel for personal reasons after the establishment of the travel contract, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following fee schedule per person against the travel fee. (From the day before the travel start date)
② Our company accepts reservations for contracts via telephone, mail, facsimile, and other communication methods.
In this case, you must submit the application form and pay the application fee within 3 days from the day following our acceptance of the contract reservation by telephone.
③ The travel contract will be established between our company and the customer when the company accepts the contract and receives the application fee.
3. Payment of travel costs
Payment for travel costs must be made no later than 14 days prior to the day before the travel start date. Note that if you apply 10 days or less before the travel date, you must pay the entire application fee.
4. What is included in the travel cost
It includes fares and fees for transportation services clarified in the travel itinerary (unless otherwise noted, economy class), accommodation fees, meal costs, and various taxes such as consumption tax. (It does not include expenses not included in the course, as well as personal expenses.)
5. Cancellation fees
If you cancel the trip for your own reasons after the travel contract has been established, we will charge a cancellation fee according to the following rates per person based on the travel cost. (Calculated from the day before the travel start date)

6. Travel Conditions for Customers Who Wish to Enter Into a Communication Contract
We accept applications from card members (hereinafter referred to as "members") of partner credit card companies (hereinafter referred to as "partners") on the condition that we receive payments for travel expenses, cancellation fees, etc., without the member's signature (hereinafter referred to as "communication contract"). This will differ from the usual travel conditions in the following points when applied for.
(In some cases, the entrusted travel agency may not be able to handle this. Additionally, the types of cards that can be used may also vary.)
① When applying for a communication contract, the member must provide "card name," "membership number," and "card expiration date," etc.
② The collective planning travel contract under the communication contract shall be established when we express our acceptance of the conclusion of the contract.
However, if an electronic acceptance notice is issued for the said contract, it shall be established when the said notice reaches the traveler.
③ The "card usage date" under the communication contract refers to the date of payment or refund of travel expenses, etc.
7. Travel Conditions. Reference Date for Travel Expenses
The travel conditions are based on the reference date of December 01, 2024. Also, the travel expenses are calculated based on the fare rules valid as of December 01, 2024.
※ "The reference date for these travel conditions and the reference date for travel expenses are as stated in the respective travel brochures."
8. Handling of Personal Information
Our company and the entrusted travel agencies with which we have sales rights (hereinafter referred to as "sales agents") will use the personal information listed on the application form calculated at the time of travel application for the purpose of communication with the customer, as well as for the arrangement of services provided by the connected accommodations and transportation (which are primarily described in each course, etc.) related to the trip for which the customer has applied, and for the necessary procedures for receiving these services.
In addition, our company and the sales agents may use it to create statistical materials or to inform about products and campaigns.
Furthermore, the application for travel will be considered as the customer's agreement to the above handling.
9. Others
① Changes to the itinerary due to the customer's convenience cannot be made.
② When the customer adds alcoholic beverages, meals, or other services at inns, hotels, etc., generally, taxes such as consumption tax will be imposed.
6. Travel Conditions for Customers Who Wish to Make a Communication Contract
Our company receives payments for travel fees and cancellation fees, etc., from card members (hereinafter referred to as "members") of credit card companies with which we are affiliated (hereinafter referred to as "affiliated companies") without the member's signature, under the condition that the application is made for a communication contract (hereinafter referred to as "communication contract"), which differs from normal travel conditions in the following points.
(There may be cases where the entrusted travel agency cannot handle it. The types of cards that can be handled may also vary.)
① When applying for a communication contract, members will need to provide their "card name," "member number," "card expiration date," etc.
② A travel contract for a packaged tour by communication contract shall be established when our company issues a statement indicating acceptance of the contract. However, if electronic acceptance notification is issued under said contract, it shall be established when the notification reaches the traveler.
③ The "card usage date" for the communication contract refers to the date of payment or refund for travel fees, etc.
7. Travel Conditions. Reference Date for Travel Fees
These travel conditions are based on the reference date of December 1, 2024. Furthermore, travel fees are calculated based on the fare regulations that are valid as of December 1, 2024.
※ "The reference date for these travel conditions and the standard date for travel fees shall be the date specified in the respective travel pamphlet, etc."
8. Handling of Personal Information
Our company and entrusted travel agencies (hereinafter referred to as "vendors") will use personal information listed in the application form calculated at the time of travel application for communication with the customer, as well as for arranging services provided by transportation and accommodation establishments (main items are specified in each course, etc.) for the trips applied for, and for the procedures necessary for receiving those services.
In addition, our company and the vendors may utilize this information for the creation of statistical data and for informing customers about products and campaigns.
Please note that the customer will be considered to have agreed to the handling stated above when making the travel application.
9. Others
① It is not possible to change the itinerary due to customer convenience.
② In hotels, inns, etc., if customers add alcoholic beverages, meals, or other services, consumption tax and other taxes will generally be imposed.
